I had a great experience here at the Springfield location with Julia last week! She helped me look at options to help my back pain from my mattress being too firm, she was friendly and kind as a i never felt pushed or upsold or anything. A great local company
Julia Kelly is very exceptional in her role as salesperson. Julia was very knowledgeable in the type of mattresses that I was looking for and she gave me 3 options to choose from and 2 options of bed frames to choose that were within my budget. Julia was also able to sell me pillows, sheets, mattress protectors and scheduled the delivery for this Thursday. Overall Julia deserves a 5 star rating and a $100 bonus for the sale she just made during this interaction. Thank you. Lloyd Ngariki, very satisfied customer.
Absolutely unreal great prices. Customer service was unmatched. They gave me great options for what I needed. Jenny even offered to give me a foot massage as I tried out different mattresses. Unnecessary but generous offer.
I recently bought a Tempur-Pedic from them. Courtney was my salesperson and she and the store manager Jenny were super kind and generous. They beat every other offer in town. They also accommodated my need for a Sunday delivery. The folks who delivered were also super nice, fast, and professional. Mattress buying is super stressful for me, especially when I'm spending that kind of money. We went into the Mattress Company planning on just looking around and start shopping for a new mattress. We were so pleased with the help and customer service we got from Julia that we bought a mattress and base on the spot. We loved that we didn’t feel pressured at all nor did we feel like we were being sold a product. She helped us find exactly what we wanted at a price we were happy with. We decided there was no point in looking around anymore because the price was great and the service was wonderful. Thank you!
