My opinion make sure you dont pay the price the gentleman gives you. Prices are negotiable dont be aftraid. If buying a complete bed you can buy the universal frame on Amazon or ebay save$. I didn't realize I paid extra for a matress protecter I did not want or need until i got home. Shame on me. Owner is definitely a salesman nice enough guy will tell you about med school days...Just wish I took my time more.
The wife and I are very pleased with the customer service we received from Kathy and Gary. My wife had so many questions but they were patient and very willing to answer them all. We purchased a high quality luxury king sized mattress. The pricing here beats the local competition by far. Their no pressure ways are refreshing. I am not one to write reviews, but this store deserves the highest. We recommend NH Mattress Outlet to everyone.
My fiancé and I came to the NH Mattress Outlet after hearing about it from a coworker. We did not have luck at other chain mattress stores due to their high prices and add-ons. We were thrilled that our experience at NH Mattress Outlet was nothing like the others! Kathy and Gary were extremely informative, let us take our time and lay on their many mattresses, and guided us in our decision based on the information we gave them.
