All the staff from the maternity center are amazing. I have seen Dr Cano, Dr Hummelen, Dr Hoffman, Lisa the nurse practitioner, Claudia the director, the residents Dr Bullock and Dr Kim. Everybody has been amazing. Including Gillian at the front desk. My pregnancy needed some special care, and the whole team has taking care of me and my baby. We are already in week 30 and I have no words to describe the team and their amazing job!
The nurse named LISA. S Stay away from her. She is rude she is condescending arrogant thinking that she is above all. She is clearly in a wrong profession. Myself and my wife its our first baby and we are almost traumatized by the way she spoke to us. I am gonna file legal complaint against her.
Appointments made with specific doctors were always changed to different staff.. the nurse practitioner Lisa S was very rude and dismissive of my concerns.. this was my second child, I tried to discuss complications with first delivery and she tried to minimize my concerns and feelings.. Also several errors were made with ultrasound results, which took seeing a resident doctor before they would acknowledge this even though I spoke to a nurse practitioner Lisa for 30 minutes trying to get clarification.. when I had concerns, ... read more
