I had the most amazing treatment today at The Mat Connection with Anya — a Shiroabhyanga (Ayurvedic / Indian Head Massage) and it was absolutely incredible. Anya from The Mat Connection is fantastic. We have a 6 year old who struggles with emotional regulation and anxiety so we thought we’d give the Calm Coaching class a go. Our daughter loved it and is now going weekly. One hour of one on one time doing yoga and other activities that help our daughter with strategies to regulate and focus on reducing her anxiety.
