I've been going here for more than 2 years. Kathy is a wonderful and talented lady. She goes above and beyond to deliver excellent service. She uses great products and I'm very satisfied with her skills. I like the fact that she keeps a reasonable schedule and doesn't inconvenience anyone. If your appointment is at 10:30 A.M. she's ready for you to sit in her chair AT 10:30 A.M.!! From what I've observed, everyone there is friendly and professional.

Asked for this and got this!!! Highly disappointed. She assured me she could do this stacked bob. "Update!!!! Christie Spade did this. Then she reached out to me once I left this bad review. She assured me she would make it right. Low and behold, she hasn't!!! I have every message saved, and I'm fully prepared to blast her!! Do not and I repeat....DO NOT GIVE THIS SALON BUSINESS!"
It was awful.i told Kathy.i was bedridden that my hair.was Matted and she told me she would be here 1:30 on Saturday when I called and spoke to whoever answered the phone she said She had a 2:00 appt I told the women she said she would be here @ 1:30 and she said she thought I was coming to the shop she lied because l told here I was bedridden There is no picturesplus Masters Touch brings to my mind Christians it was a awful experience
