Amazing customer service. Mr and Mrs Bates treated me like royalty. They asked me what type of style I wanted to have for the event that I was attending and they definitely made it happen.
The owner is very professional and understanding as well as the staff. High quality tux rental. They also have very high quality clothes and shoes here. I highly recommend.
