I want to thank Mr. Russell for all his help to find my son his senior prom suite within a week. We are so grateful for you and the customer service. You really went beyond by having his Tux rushed over for us. Especially calling to check on him the day of his prom that meant alot to us. Also I think he was more excited about having his very first tuxedo garment bag. 🤣 He would not stop talking about it.
Amazing customer service. Mr and Mrs Bates treated me like royalty. They asked me what type of style I wanted to have for the event that I was attending and they definitely made it happen.
The owner is very professional and understanding as well as the staff. High quality tux rental. They also have very high quality clothes and shoes here. I highly recommend.
