Never once got to speak to an actual intake representative after being referred to them by the WV Bar and give them a detailed account, but was still turned down. They would make one believe from their website that they were more professional and skilled than they actually are. They responded by email that they could not help with one issue while ignoring another, once again without ever getting a detailed account. Guess they are too greedy to deal with it.
