Very disappointed with The Master Group in Winnipeg. I went there four times and each time they gave me the wrong product. Instead of fixing their mistake, they insisted it was the correct item and refused to do an exchange or return. On top of that, their customer service is not great — unhelpful and unwilling to resolve issues. A business should stand behind its products and treat customers with respect, but unfortunately that was not our experience here.
Great dealing with customers . No time waste, best service provider in Winnipeg.
