Currently sitting in masters waiting room that is depressing. There's a guy that works here that will take your order and then you sit down waiting for your equipment for an hour plus. This place is ridiculous and it will boil your blood. Stear away. I could go pick up my part in Niagara and drive back to Toronto faster than masters Vaughan can get your equipment. This place sucks

Итого ты платишь 130$ за запчасть, которую можно заказать на Amazon за 50$.
I absolutely dread when I hear my parts are only available at VDC location. No matter what time I come, how far ahead I place my order, or how many people(if any) are ahead of me, wait times are excruciating. So much time wasted here, please open up a proper sales counter and separate it from the shipping/receiving counter. This has been going on since this branch opened, and I feel defeated that this is the level of customer service that has become the acceptable norm. Do better, do something!
