Unprofessional and Unreliable This supplier's Bids Team -Vaughan Branch- doesn't know anything about professionalism, and it's a waste of time. They confirmed receipt of our quote request and added us to the list. But on the closing date, they ghosted us. No explanation, no warning. Lost business and wasted time. Would not recommend. 1/5 stars
Trash company making me wait 4 whole hours before someone came and helped me, if you’re a truck driver avoid this place at all costs, if you are a buyer avoid this place at all costs well you can find better service and products literally anywhere else
Currently sitting in masters waiting room that is depressing. There's a guy that works here that will take your order and then you sit down waiting for your equipment for an hour plus. This place is ridiculous and it will boil your blood. Stear away. I could go pick up my part in Niagara and drive back to Toronto faster than masters Vaughan can get your equipment. This place sucks
