Расскажу, как есть. Да, многие запчасти есть в наличии, но вы можете прождать 20 минут просто так, пока вам скажут, что вы можете о чем-то спросить, а потом ещё 15-50 минут искать запчасть... Очередь из двух человек я ждал 39 минут. На плакат написано, что любая агрессия недопустима! Но, ты теряешь 1 час времени на запчасть, которая стоит 30$, а твоё время стоит 100$ в час. Итого ты платишь 130$ за запчасть, которую можно заказать на Amazon за 50$.
I absolutely dread when I hear my parts are only available at VDC location. No matter what time I come, how far ahead I place my order, or how many people(if any) are ahead of me, wait times are excruciating. So much time wasted here, please open up a proper sales counter and separate it from the shipping/receiving counter. This has been going on since this branch opened, and I feel defeated that this is the level of customer service that has become the acceptable norm. Do better, do something!

The staff is unresponsive, and the assistance window, which should be a point of support, is now completely closed.
