I have a order and manager gave me residential unit in commercial property. I’m told that need RX. It when I come, manager of the branch gave me big discount on CX what I have. I think it’s a good solution.
This Masters Group is the most unprofessional company I have ever delt with in 15 years of business. All the way from the top managers they are are rude and highly disrespectful. I ordered 5 roof top units at a cost of $130,000 and 4 out of 5 units arrive with massive manufacturers issues. 3 units have evaporator coil leaks. Another unit has leaks at the TXV and capillary tubes. 2 unit's had combustion motor failures. The other unit had the blower pulley wheel fall off after the set screw was tightened down.
