This is a horrible place to do business with and the worst people work here. The management team lack all accountability for what they sell. My company purchased 140,000 in roof top equipment. 4out of 5 units show up with major mechanical defects. Evaporator coil leaks. No refrigerant in the system. The coils are $13,000 a coil. Very bad service i was told to stay on hold when called and i was put on hold for 15 minutes without any word i ended up just hanging up.
I have a order and manager gave me residential unit in commercial property. I’m told that need RX. It when I come, manager of the branch gave me big discount on CX what I have. I think it’s a good solution.
