bought a heat pump system from you guys... first off your counter guy doesnt know what he is selling....why is he at the counter if he doesnt know about what he is selling???... they system required 2 mandatory components that he knew nothing about...1 day install turns into 5 days..because your guy sold and incomplete system....this is unacceptable...i buy soooo much equipment from you guys....lost time..lost money...and an unhappy customer..i used to speak highly of you guys...not sure anymore
