Very bad customer service. I called to see if my part arrived and was dispatched to customer service. I asked how he was doing and if my part had arrived and his answer was “busy, no” then sent me to the manager who acknowledged they didnt process my order correctly and pretty much told me to bad we arent doing anything about it. There are much better wholesalers for heating across the GTA stay away from masters they rather use the excuse of being to busy then actually helping people. This is the slowest supplier I have ever been to. Unacceptable wait times both on the phone and in person. Hire more people or close the location.
