Brian and Cal are incredible sales representatives. Even brought me out my material in parking lot when they knew I was busy. Cant beat the customer service here!
Absolutely horrible. These people would not warrant a York Furnace motor and module even though Johnson Controls has proven this is covered under warranty. The reason? because i did not re register my name with them when i bought the house. How am i to know that? they wouldn't allow me to re register and cover the warranty, but they sure wanted to collect $100 to do the re registration. Even the repair company hates doing business with these crooks.
