I am so tired of calling this location to put an order together only to find out that nothing has been done when i arrive. It doesn’t matter the size of the order, every single time it has not done by staff. I’m not calling to do a stock check, I’m calling to have an order created. Twice previously I’ve come to this location only to find out that items I phoned in about that have been stated to be there are surprisingly not there. I do not recommend this location. There’s a bunch of guys that don’t know what they’re talking about instead of actually going to look through the computer and trying to find the item. I get told that they don’t have it in stock then when I end up, insisting that they have it Then finally somebody will come by and help out. Great place and super helpful staff. My only complaint is that the manager kept announcing his heart rate every time he moved.
Stay away from this branch, only a few are knowledgeable. In many occasions they choose to say " they don't carry it " parts rather than ask someone that knows , specially on items that are off the shelve and very common. Trying to get in touch with them over the phone is impossible, multiple occasions I was put on hold for up to 20-25 minutes. If they put you on hold forgot about it just hang up the phone they put me on hold for 15 minutes I literally just hung up the phone, anyone who puts you on hold for that long truly does not want your business
