Tried calling, zero answer or response back. Do not recommend, even if they cut hair good the lack of response is disappointing.
Called to reschedule my husband appointment as he got stuck at work and no one answers the phone. Called every hour and no response. Of course they charged us even though all we needed to do was change the time for that same day. Horrible customer experience
Got a haircut here and they nicked me and I started to bleed. No apology, just kept going. So much for professionalism. For premium service I expect not to bleed.
The best haircut I ever experienced. And if I could give more than 5 stars I would.
