We made a last-minute booking, so courtesy bonus stars for service. Walked into our room, and this is not what I expect from a $200/night luxury hotel. I understand the property was short staffed for the long weekend, but I am not expecting to see trash on the floor. They had other open rooms, so I blame management’s prioritization rather than the hard-working cleaning crew. A beautiful location! We loved the scenic area and the historical nature of the building! The rooms are all unique and, when our previous guest had lost the key to the room we had booked, the staff upgraded us to a bigger room free of charge. It’s a lovely area to explore and only 2 minutes away from the Mast General Store. Also the beds are so comfortable! I usually don’t sleep well in an unfamiliar place but I slept well in our bed.
We had the most wonderful weekend together as a family. The setting is absolutely stunning, and the food and service were exceptional. We enjoyed cocktails at the bar and a beautiful family dinner outdoors. The children loved running around and especially adored the horses. The location is incredibly convenient, and everything about our stay exceeded expectations. We cherished every moment and are already counting down the days until we can return.
Had a great stay! Very comfortable beds, super cute rooms and decor throughout the whole inn. We wish we had stayed over the weekend so we could have enjoyed more of the amenities and food!
We had a wonderful weekend at the Mast Farm Inn! They were very flexible with our check in and out time and our room was beautifully maintained and clean highlighting the inn’s historic charm. The inn has great dining options and a fantastic bar on premises with kind staff. If you are looking for a getaway to the NC mountains you have found your place!
