Natalie was amazing to tour with it felt like you were touring with a friend that had your best interests at heart!!! Absolutely adored the apartment as well!! Some small difference between this place and other is theres a garbage disposal and fans in all the big rooms!! Also the bathroom is to die for!!!
The moment I walked into Massell apts, I was met by Ms. Natalie. Great personality and very welcoming. She showed me 2 units and I was overwhelmed on how great they looked and amenities were fantastic. Natalie answered all my questions. Not once did she say I don't know, let me get back to you. She is very knowledgeable and was kind too. I been searching for a place for 2 weeks and the agents were no comparison to Ms. Natalie. This place was great! Went on a tour with Andrea and she was extremely helpful and informative. She showed us everything we wanted to see and more, she answered all our questions, and brought things up that we didn’t think to ask! Everyone that we have spoken to regarding leasing a place here has been very helpful!!
