Seriously, if you're into endurance sports, you have to go see Eric. He's an absolute genius with sports massage! His expertise has been a total game-changer for getting me ready for marathons and triathlons, and helping me bounce back way faster. Plus, he's been a lifesaver with this pesky shoulder issue that was really messing with my training. Thanks to him, I'm pushing harder and feeling great! I can’t recommend enough The Massage Lab TO.
Eric is an exceptional massage therapist. he takes the time to listen and understand exactly what your body needs. He’s incredibly skilled at identifying problem areas and applying just the right amount of pressure to provide real relief. he checks in, makes adjustments as needed, and genuinely cares about your comfort and progress. His deep knowledge of the body and therapeutic techniques always leaves me feeling better, more relaxed, and more mobile after every session. Highly recommended to anyone looking an effective RMT
I recently started seeing Eric for a number of issues. He is very knowledgeable and addressed all of my issues each visit and also provided me with several stretches for my problem areas. Nice guy, clean & comfortable office and convenient location. I would definitely recommend Eric to anyone looking for RMT.
Eric is the best — super intuitive, uses a variety of different techniques (Thai, traditional deep tissue) to get you feeling like the best version of yourself.
