It was a great first time experience. Professional and well executed. Having had sports massage before I was well taken care of. Massage therapy is exactly that. Therapy. It is a growing experience . I am happy to move forward with Scott.
Scott listened to what has been going on with my body- a herniated disc, surgery and PT and then he discussed what his plan was for my massage. It was an excellent experience. I have my next appt set..
My first massage, with Scott, was very good today. Clearly knows his way around even the smallest of muscles that need help. Great impact to my shoulders and neck, as well as hips. I was surprised after the session at how much better my hips felt. I hardly noticed work on them, but he must know the muscle groups that impact the hip issues I’d described in advance. Thanks Scott, I’ll be seeing you again.
I’ve been trying to find someone who can help me with the constant pain I’ve had in my left shoulder for the past couple years without much luck. I was recommended to Scott from another party and this is definitely the guy you want to see. He is phenomenal with trigger points and how body mechanics work altogether.
