I was gifted a 60 minute maternity massage with Angel and it was such an amazing experience. As soon as I entered the space, I felt a serene and calming ambiance. The space was very cute and I was so busy taking everything in, I forgot to take pictures🤦♀️ Anyways, Angel was very sweet and accommodating. She made me feel at ease throughout the whole time and took very good care of me. 10/10! I would definitely like to go again after I give birth!!!
I had a massage with Deenie and felt very comfortable in the quiet, peaceful environment. I speak highly of Deenie. She certainly is very knowledgeable and has brought improvements to making me get to a level of feeling better. Not only through massage, but shares her ideas of how I can help myself through exercises and using equipment to aid in my reduction of pain. Deenie is amazing!!! I highly recommend Deenie and Kalm Mindful Massage & Life Spa.
When I arrived, I was immediately greeted by someone sitting at reception desk, and my massage therapist Angel! Angel was quick to check in with me, if I needed to use the bathroom or needed water, before we started as it was a 2 hour massage. When entering the massage room, Angel asked what my goals were for the session - but they also asked about my job to get a better look into why my goals were my goals, who I was as a person and how they were going to tackle the session. Was referred to Kalm by my Physical Therapy office. Specifically, to Angel Kose. Angel listened to my concerns, explained her plan to address it, and did an excellent job helping me feel better. The office is peaceful and welcoming. I highly recommend Kalm.
