Would definitely recommend visiting for a head spa. We booked the 60 minute one and we were pushed a bit to upgrade so we did. I think the 60 min one would have been perfect though or it can be too rough on your scalp. I do wish the hair analysis didn’t go so quick. But all of the staff was very nice! Massages were great. My hair feels very soft. Would come again when I visit!
Disorganized and frustrating communication from the front desk- didn’t actually attend my appointment. I originally booked an appointment for 7:30PM at 5PM the same day. I quickly got a call from the front desk asking if I’d like to come in earlier. So relaxing! Perfect way to spend the day! Scalp is so so clean!!
What a wonderful experience. Super pleasant staff. Very professional. The place is SPOTLESS!! The scalp massage was fabulous. Will definitely return.
Double check your receipt! They overcharged me $10 (after tipping 20%) which I politely asked them to take off which they wouldn’t. Not cool!
