The owner of The Massage Company is discriminating against me by denying services without cause or reason. I arrived for my appointment on time, but she refused to provide services. She cited not having a VA referral number even though I confirmed the number weeks prior to arrival and had the document with the number in my hand. I had a wonderful experience at The Massage Company! Jeremy was my therapist, and he was absolutely fantastic. He created a calm, welcoming environment and really took the time to listen to what I needed. The massage was both relaxing and therapeutic — I felt so much better afterward, with noticeably less tension in my neck and shoulders. Jeremy’s technique was spot on, and he made sure I was comfortable the entire time. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a professional and genuinely helpful massage!
