First experience, had a great 45 minute massage (thank you for offering a variety of time/lengths). Was having some shoulder and neck issues and Shelby worked through the knots and my body is much happier after spending the time with her. Will absolutely not be my last appointment!

Shelby is incredibly friendly and has a calming presence. Communication was stellar and the massage what exactly what I asked for and needed. I can’t wait to come back, easily my favorite massage in Kansas City.
I have been going to Shelby for over a year and a half now. She always makes me feel super comfortable and I leave feeling refreshed and relaxed. I love the option to book and plan for months ahead... because not only does it make sure I practice good self care, it gives me something to look forward to!
Shelby is wonderful. She educates and has a calming presence. I don't like being touched so it was hard finding the right massage therapist but Shelby is now a part of my self care family. I highly recommend her to everyone I know. PS, she likes 🍕😄
