There is roaches everywhere. No matter how much you clean or how many traps you put out. Pest control never comes often enough and when they due very little notice is given. If you have pets they won’t come at all , even if the notice was given the day prior. The leasing office is helpful but nothing compares to how bad the pest situation is. Definitely do not recommend! I’ve been without AC since may 2025 and it’s just been a constant back and forth and nothing is improving. I was given a portable ac around july 2025 because before they didn’t have any?! so can you imagine not having anytype of coolness all summer and indoor temperatures peaking too 95 degrees?!!!? and even having the portable it doesn’t make the unit cooler just in one area and that’s the living room so i’ve been having to sleep on my couch since july and it’s uncomfortable! living in a 1 bedro... read more
Update 9/18/25: Our AC is broken AGAIN Update 8/27/25: It took them TWO WEEKS, to fix my A/C in the middle of July- and it wasn't until I threatened to report them to the city. A maintenance man showed up at my apartment at 1:00 AM, and it took him about 10 minutes to fix it. I would tell you come tour apartments here … but they’re never in the leasing office! For the residents to talk about issues, for tours, nothing … always gone … and they close out your maintenance requests without doing a thing. Property management and maintenance people need to be more accessible and held accountable. Our washer has been broken for a month, we’ve put in multiple maintenance requests and they’ve been cancelled out with no action.
