Please save yourself and DO NOT MOVE HERE! I’ve been here since 2022 when Drucker and Faulk had the property. Greystar acquired the property in April 2025 and they have yet to improve anything since taking over. Actually, all they seem to done is make matters worse. Greystar is a negligent money hungry property management company that does not care about its residents. Desmond is part of the maintenance team and I would like to thank him for being prompt on fixing my work orders in a timely manner.
Desmond and Dwight keep this place running like a well oiled machine, best maintenance team i've ever experienced! Thank you guys. However, the leasing team/management has changed three times since we moved in, they spiked the rent up with rebills and BS fees. It has been very frustrating the past six months.
