I lived in The Mason for 2 years. I’m moving out because I’m getting married but I’ll stay here if I could. The building and units are new and location is prime (by Madison Square Park, Whole Foods, lots of good cafes and restaurants, Penn Station, and the 6 train). I truly believe for any location/home, what sets it apart and what I’ll miss the most are the people - The Mason’s staff are amazing! Andrej, the super, is super kind, efficient, and responsive. Best building I’ve lived in during my 3y stint in nyc
I lived here my first year of moving to NYC and I couldn’t have picked a better building. The location was the best, the building was super clean, and the doormen were my favourite. Coming home from school or the club and seeing Justin, Cory or Marcello really did make my day. I would have stayed if they had another apartment available! Would highly recommend this building
