I recently moved to The Mason, and couldn't be happier with my decision! The building is great, with amazing amenities like the pool, gym, and rooftop area. The entirety of the building staff treat residents with a lot of kindness and attention. Building is always neat and clean, and also has a great location for public transportation or to walk. I’ve had such a great experience with the staff here. Nicole in the leasing office is amazing! She is so friendly, professional, and willing to help whenever I have questions. Mike on the maintenance team is also fantastic — he’s responsive, kind, and really goes out of his way to make sure things are taken care of quickly. It makes such a difference living somewhere where the staff genuinely care and treat residents so well.
Words cannot express how kind and attentive the staff at The Mason are. Nicole, the leasing office manager, has truly gone above and beyond to ensure I have the best experience living here. On top of that, the location and amenities are amazing. I couldn’t recommend The Mason more.
Nicole was great when I stoped by without an appointment to view an apartment. She was gracious enough to give me a showing and I ended up moving in a week later. The apartment’s amenities are awesome and the staff is welcoming and helpful. Thank you Nicole for taking the time to do a walk-in showing when you were already booked for the day.
