The building and staff were great! My son looked forward to seeing Sabrina every morning before school. She was kind, patient, and always took a moment to talk with him. We truly appreciate her and the rest of the front desk team for making the Mason feel like home for us during our short stay.
In today’s world it’s not easy to find someone who’s willing to selflessly go above and beyond to help you out. And then you meet Rachel at The Mason and you realize they’re still out there. Today Rachel helped me out with something related to an unresolved item which should have been covered by the previous management company when I was a tenant (before moving to Colorado). Moving in this week has been long and tiring, but Sabrina has made the entire process stress free with her constant welcoming every hour I pass back and forth through the front door. She has been undoubtedly the most amazing part of this move and extremely helpful with anything I have needed to make the process smoother.
