From start to finish, we had an amazing experience with The Mascot Organization. They were communicative, organized, on time, and both the actor and handler/guide they sent were EXCELLENT. Huguette and Jason adapted easily to our party's context and patiently welcomed nearly 50 attendees' requests for hugs and photos. When two kids wanted to give the Care Bear's tummy some rather aggressive pats, Jason causally redirected them SO smoothly and with humor, which was very much appreciated. Hey everyone please dont use this company . When i tried to reapply They have Blacklisted me for what happened 12 years ago . I tried to tell the owner what happened he does not care . My suggestion is the company who are looking for performers they need to hire them directly do not go thru this agency . Once blacklisted they send a virus thru PC . Also the person who works this company got blacklisted if you tried to go thru another agency they will not use . This blacklist goes to other temp services telling them beware . ... read more
A co-worker threatened violence toward me. The *owner* didn't care. Why? Because he was hand-picked to be the bully coward when Dum-Dum wasn't around. Owner is a hypocrite who puts on a good show for clients. Behind the scenes, he's a verbally abusive caveman who expects employees to pick up his dirty underwear, etc. Edit: The owner's response is hilarious!
