RecommendedI had all 4 wisdoms pulled last month and even though I was really anxious, Dr Russell and her staff were very patient and thorough with me! And I wasnt sedated so I was aware of everything and was still quite comfortable. Really, she was THAT good. Many thanks to all of you for taking great care of me and putting me at ease!
I came to this office in fear because of the past treatment I had with Dentist I have never had someone calm me down to the point That I would feel comfortable with having an extraction,well let me tell you Dr Russell did a fantastic job with calming me down she was so good and professional everything was done before I new it ,I recommend her service to anyone who has had a bad experience with a dentist
My experience in this office was extremely painful and unprofessional!!! My pain was dismissed and the doctor seemed annoyed at my my pain! Go somewhere else!!!!
The office is beautiful however the front desk staff is another story. I was sent to the back in a reasonable amount of time the dentist came in and told what needed to be done. That was fine no problems there. But I waited 45-60 minutes for the guy at the front desk to finish his conversation before he could come back to tell how much the procedure would cost me. Awww she is soooo nice & the office looks sooo sexi I definitely recommend her, she took out my wisdom tooth in minutes & not one ounce of pain I feel so relieved
I suffered a fractured tooth and was referred to the MOSG to have it extracted, the atmosphere in the office was very comfortable!!! The staff was very attentive and extremely efficient. The procedure I was to have done was explained completely and all questions I had answered. I would highly recommend Dr. Russell and her staff, all did an excellent job and made me feel at home. Thank you again!!!
