Could not say good enough things about this office. From the time of scheduling my appointment to the consultation and actual surgery this was an exceptional and seamless experience. The front desk staff is friendly, helpful, and professional. The assistants and technicians were awesome and made me feel at home throughout the entire experience. Dr. Forest is a great surgeon. I had six teeth extracted with very.little pain afterwards. I arrived early and was taken right in. I would highly recommend.
This place uses an AI agent on the phone and will not transfer you to a real person unless you tell them information about yourself.

I would not recommend using this practice as they use very unethical billing practices. I had surgery recently and the staff was very kind and accommodating. The issue is their billing procedure. When they gave me the total they wanted prepaid before the procedure, it was about 650 dollars after my insurance. I agreed and had the procedure only to receive another bill for 750 dollars after the procedure. When I called and asked they said this was due to using more anesthesia than they thought and I would have to pay the rema... read more
