By far the worst medical experience I've ever had. I came in for a wisdom teeth consultation and left completely appalled. I'm a young woman in my 20s who was already nervous about this procedure, and Dr. Hyatt's bedside manner was terrible. His comments were dismissive, sarcastic, and rude, and I was genuinely shocked that a doctor spoke to me that way. ALL of the staff was extremely pleasant and helpful, the front office staff, the clinicians, the billing department. Dr. Hyatt called to check on my daughter the night of the surgery and every staff member was professional and friendly. I highly recommend the physicians and the entire practice.
Dr. Hyatt and his full staff deserve a wonderful recommendation and here it is! I got my wisdom teeth out by him in 2024 and he was extremely professional and understanding of my anxiety surrounding the procedure, agreed to provide IV sedation, and let me keep my teeth afterwards (religious reasons).
