Great company, helps you to grow and gives you training
This company posts many jobs but never actually hires anyone. Their hiring practices are racist and discriminatory, and they reject applicants regardless of qualifications and experience. Save yourself time, and don't bother applying, your application will end up in the trash regardless.

If you’ve been in the workforce 25-30 years: Don’t expect to hear back/get an interview; but If you do get an interview, expect to get ghosted afterwards. It was very apparent my age was an issue with the VP during my interview. He tried very hard to figure out my age! He asked what year I graduated college (didn’t answer), say things like, “we’re a young bunch…that likes to ride scooters…” the interview took a while to schedule, and the recruiter was very professional in keeping me updated!
