RecommendedWhat a special place to live! When I moved here six years ago, I brought everything that I loved in my house with me. My villa on the top floor of the main building overlooks the Marsh and the inter-coastal waterway. I still maintain my membership at The Landings Club and enjoy friends and events there as well as in Savannah. There are 240 residents...a perfect number. What a beautiful place. More like a luxury cruise ship than a retirement community.
Having worked there from prior to opening in 2005 for almost 10 years before retiring myself, I know we worked hard to set the standard for the Industry and always be rated 5 Star and above. There is not enough room here to fill in all my positive comments, but I continue to recruit new potential residents as I circulate in various circles of people looking for a top notch facility either for themselves or their parents. I love each and every resident as if they were my family.
No voluntary aspect of retirement should be less than 5star, highest quality. The Marshes meets those criteria and then some. Almost our 5th year. Best decision ever. Bill and Inez Izzard
