Dodgiest most unprofessional real estate agency ever. Avoid like the plague. Accepted a lease and told us start date. 1 day before we were due to move in they advised they had forgotten to get compliance certificate and we weren't able to move in. This was after they took my bond. I have 3 kids so being homeless, with kids is not ideal but the real estate simply did not care. Successful venture. Coming from a long sales and marketing background, I initially thought this knowledge could play a part in the Marshall approach to selling my property. However, the approach by Jess and the whole Marshall team showed how their market knowledge, professionalism and warmth shone through resulting in a Win.
We were looking for a unit for about 10 months and the moment we met Kate we knew we would find a place eventually. Kate genuinely cared about us and helped us find a place that would set us up for our future.
