Dodgiest most unprofessional real estate agency ever. Avoid like the plague. Accepted a lease and told us start date. 1 day before we were due to move in they advised they had forgotten to get compliance certificate and we weren't able to move in. This was after they took my bond. I have 3 kids so being homeless, with kids is not ideal but the real estate simply did not care.
