-I am beyond shocked this place has a 4+ star rating. There’s no way that most of the positive reviews are authentic and a true reflection of residents’ experience living in this place. Buckle up, because I may have to write this review in multiple parts with how much I am about to write. 1st, it is beyond overrated and overpriced for what you get. Seriously, there can’t be a worse choice of places to live in Fayetteville. If you end up signing a lease here, it’s on you! Don’t say you weren’t warned. The fire alarm goes off every week, usually in the middle of the night. It’s so frequent, that nobody even leaves their rooms any more despite the incredibly loud alarm. Garbage is left outside of rooms to stink with no pickup. The smell of weed is permanently part of the building scent. And management is never around to help. The fire alarm has gone off at least twice a month ever month since I’ve lived here. It will happen at 8am or 10pm on the weekday or weekend. They’re getting their friends to positively review this page and using giveaways to bribe us into doing it too. The actual truth is they are money vultures. Pay too much for parking because they don’t have enough for us. Threaten us weekly with towing our cars.
