The initial experience isn’t the best. I attempted to make an appointment via the booking site and ran into an issue. The booking website does not have any contact information so I reached out to the stylist via Instagram. Did not receive any correspondence back from the stylist so I reached out via phone. After relaying my information to the automated system, I was told that that person would call me back. I never knew it would be so difficult to schedule an appointment and to receive assistance in doing so.
Marquita has always been on schedule & my hair is always flawless. The atmosphere is peaceful & stress-free. I never have to wait when I arrive for my appointments. I appreciate your sure always manages to camouflage my thin spots really well. 10 out of 10
Marquita is a dream stylist. I have never experienced the level of punctuality, professional and skill that she has and I feel so blessed to be her client. Marquita operates in excellence and takes her craft very seriously. The salon is hygienic, and has the most peaceful vibe. You will not be disappointed!
