People sitting in the office are so helpful, they always try to help and they do respond promptly that I was really amazed. Both Lauren and Mildreth are amazing, such a welcoming gesture, they don't get frustrated when you ask them, always ready to help the community. Mildreth is really amazing, always there to guide and support.
I’ve had nothing but a great experience at Marquis at Sugarloaf! The property is well-maintained, the community feels safe and welcoming, and everything runs smoothly. The general manager, Dhaval Patel, truly goes above and beyond—he’s professional, approachable, and always willing to help with any questions or concerns. It’s rare to find management that genuinely cares about residents the way Dhaval does. Highly recommend Marquis at Sugarloaf to anyone looking for a quality place to live in Gwinnett County!

Toured the property for a potential residence after relocating for work later this year. Amazing property, very well maintained with multiple amenities and an amazing pool area. The Assistant PM Lauren and PM Dhaval were extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the property as well as the surrounding area with suggestions for things to do in town. Looking forward to hopefully making this home this winter!
Moved about a year ago. Originally great experience & great management. Unfortunately since the old property manager departed the community has went down. The property is not kept up with anymore and when you reach out to the management team they are not pleasant. The breezeways are horrible & invested with huge spiders. I have spoke with management and they keep advising put in a ticket. There have been several tickets submitted and they just close them out.
