When I toured at Marquis at Sugarloaf a few months ago, Aaron conducted my tour and did an awesome job. He helped me find a unit that had the exact layout that I was looking for and patiently answered all my questions. When I moved in, I had to wait for them to order the washer and dryer but the maintenance staff installed it as soon as it was delivered. A few days after it was installed, I walked by one of the maintenance staff members when I was taking a walk, and he stopped and asked how the machines were working so far. ... read more

I love the Marquis at Sugarloaf!!! I love my apartment!! The staff was amazing with getting me leased up. Even after a few hiccups in the process Nisha Starks the office manager went above and beyond to make things right for me and my family. Ms. Starks is kind, compassionate, and professional.
