Turns out that the leasing Manager Dhval had instructed his Staff to ignore me (my phone calls) and my maintenance requests. I asked for corporate's phone number and he just kept screaming at me to leave and telling me he would not help me. This person is not mentally stable. All because they don't want to replace a fridge, replace old appliances, and avoid accountability. I had to call the police and asked for the corporate phone number again - they finally provided it. Lauren, the assistant manager, and Dhavel, the property manager, were both very professional and nice. I took a tour of the property and immediately fell in love with it. As soon as I walked through the door, I felt welcomed. The property is well maintained and very nice. This property is definitely number one on my list. First impressions go a long way, and just based on that alone, I think I’m probably going to lease here.
