Not recommended as a previous owner of two of 2 units. You’ll find more amenities for less HOA fees. Beware of the constant repairs to the pool, trash shoot, elevator, and building security. Also, not considered safe for anyone.
This place is awesome. For as old as the bldg is . It's kept up really well. I have the privilege of coming here to do some work and have been in a couple apt and let me tell you that they ar r very nice. Not what I was expecting at all. The Penthouse is breathtaking not to mention the views of of the Arch and down town st.louis. if I could afford it that is where you would find me . I would highly recommend this place to everyone. I will have some pics soon thanks everyone
