Im not too good with phones and such but wanted to get on here to express my deepest gratitude to the staff at this building. My brother in law moved in a few months ago and every time I visit or we talk, hes not once has a bad thing to say. The cleaning staff is helpful and polite no matter how busy. The food is good and I like seeing a daily salad option and the chef announcing the menu at the start of every meal is wonderful. Visited my grandmother here a few weeks back for lunch and the staff were amazing! So polite and offered some light hearted jokes that made my grandma smile in a way I haven't gotten to see too much. Its nice knowing she is well taken care of here thank you storypoint staff!
Review for StoryPoint East Lansing: My experience with StoryPoint East Lansing was extremely disappointing. Katie was friendly and responsive before move-in, but once my grandmother moved in, all communication stopped.
