Don't live here a new company recently bought it and increased the rent by over $500 they also threw most of the aid staff under the bus. Some of the current residents are thinking of moving out do to the irresponsible actions of the new owners. We're trying to find somewhere else to move my grandfather as the new rent is higher than the amount he gets per month so we've had to pitch in to pay it. So please look for literally anywhere else to put your loved ones.
Until Atria changes the management and makes vast improvements to facilities and meeting the lease agreements they set forth, I would not recommend in any way shape or form this location for your loved one. We found out the hard way.
So far we are very pleased with our choice. Staff is caring and attentive. Katie the sales director was knowledgeable and upbeat. She went the extra mile. Invited us to have lunch. We feel secure placing our mother there.
A great place to be! Very fun and lots of activity rooms. Very nice atmosphere
