Review for StoryPoint East Lansing: My experience with StoryPoint East Lansing was extremely disappointing. Katie was friendly and responsive before move-in, but once my grandmother moved in, all communication stopped. Nice place and friendly staff
Great facility! Wonderful food and dining experience! Would recommend to any and all who are looking for a high quality senior living community.
StoryPoint is where I live and I have to say our chief Sarra is the most hard working person I know as is Logan and and the staff. They go above and beyond.
The food is horrible. One main meal and an alternative which is sloppy joes or a sandwich. No real compassion words the ones who need it. To them it’s all about the money. For what they pay they should be treated better. Trips are cancelled due to no staff. They are prisoners paying a high price! Don’t waste your money or time! Horrible place.
