Have been dealing with a bug infestation caused by a neighbouring unit and they have been no help. The MARQ has been anything but responsive and helpful, despite my constant efforts to communicate I’ve received nothing back. Additionally my microwave had broken and it took them over a month to provide a new one despite multiple emails. Would not reccomend!
Leaving this building was one of the best decisions I have ever made, without exaggeration. I lived here about two years in two different units, with rotating groups of strangers as neighbours. This building was consistently dirty and poorly maintained. One person cleans the entire property with a mechanical vacuum, which is nowhere near enough.
