Your unit hallway will be treated as a common space for The MARQ workers and construction teams. The building consistently gives notices of entry exactly 24 hours before and not an hour more or less. Notices of entry will usually detail the building requiring entry for an entire week or 8 hour period, without details as to what for. Half of the time they wont even enter. These issues have been going on for several years and steadily worsening. Yes, they will affect you. My ex tenant was a free range roach farmer (I couldnt make this up if I tried). They did construction on my hallway ghis morning from 8-9AM. To avoid ear damage the workers got headphones. I do not have construction grade noise cancelling headphones, so I am seeking medical attention. They drilled into my hallway from 8-9AM this morning. I was asleep. Its loud enough the workers have to use headphones. I dont get headphones. Our ac also broke and they refused to fix it so my flowers died and produce went bad and i got sick. They shut off the water a lot. Our ex-tenant was a roach farmer. I'd recommend homelessness before you live here.
