Genuinely avoid this place at all costs. Constant weekly issues including several days without water, power outages, lack of hot water, bedbugs, sprinkler break, slow maintenance, pipe bursts, and much more. By far the worst experience of all seven student apartments I’ve lived in. If you are a student or co-op, your life will be seriously adversely impacted.
The building has the worst management I've seen for a very long time. There's always some ongoing issue which will impact you. There was no water because of the maintainance of water pipeline and then there was a pipe burst due to which there was no water for nearly 36 hours. I don't know if they're cheapening out on the contracters, but they're doing a terrible job.
Liza is so kind and has been really helpful in addressing any questions or concerns I've had. She is the best!
Absolutely horrible place qnd management. Their staff including their manager Jasmyne are super rude
