New to the apt, love the management very responsive. Disregard any of the negative comments and photos of these apts. It’s up to the residents to contact the management to fix issues in your apt. By law they have to ask for assistance. It’s really the working man’s complex. Most people here have two jobs and work long hours. Most of these people have no or little time to ask for help on broken screens. Honestly it’s very clean complex with no bugs. This review is regarding Laura, the current manager of The Marlowe Apartments. During our stay Laura was very fair, nice & explanatory. We personally didn't have any problems at the apt. complex that she didn't assist in resolving.
I love these apartments! Cheapest in Phoenix for the best look! Renovated appliances & a great view of the mountain. Everyone’s friendly in the community & it’s very quiet Update: Now that I’m officially moved out I can update my review. When I first moved to Marlowe it was nice for a blind move. I didn’t care for how small it was, that it didn’t come with a microwave, or a shower rod but all of the utilities were included so it worked for the time being. STAY AWAY! I Do not appreciate being scammed! I moved well out this place nearly a month ago left and cleaned this home in good condition! (Proof of videos and pictures) and I am still being notified as if rent is owed for next month. I even paid my prorated rent and Laura was well AWARE of this.
