Beautiful area with mostly upscale shops. There are also very nice homes nearby.
We always stop here when we come see our daughter Priscilla Brzostek Karsten who is the manager of the Chico’s Women’s clothing store! The Marker Common has a nice selection of small boutique stores and we always grab a bite to eat at one of the restaurants!

A very nice off the beaten path escape. The restaurants and shopping are nice. A very peaceful atmosphere with some beautiful homes in the neighborhood. I would love to live here!
good restaurants, Barnes and Noble, Peace Love Donuts, best sidewalks in Myrtle Beach considering there are hundreds of developments and thousands of neighborhoods that expect residents to walk in the road.
