This is a really cool place. It's a planned community with housing, shops, entertainment, parks. It's pedestrian friendly. We stayed only two miles away and almost missed it!!!

Not only am I fortunate enough to live in the market common, I find the atmosphere and ambience of the area completely satisfying and relaxing. The parks and the ponds are absolutely stunning and it is a wonderful place to bring visitors. There's so much to do that I often don't go outside the area of the market common to be entertained
Market Common is the bomb. If you visit Myrtle or live here you can get a cafe at Barnes and Noble, do some sweet shopping, and great eateries and best of all a beautiful lake with tons of walking trails, playgrounds and scenery. A must for families, shoppers, diners, and outdoor enthusiasts.
Super area not your typical Myrtle Beach experience....something for everyone the atmosphere can't be beat!
