Fun place to walk around the shop eat
The Market Common has everything you could want from entertainment, clothing stores, furniture, art, and restaurants that are fantastic! The park is a favorite for walking, as well as events year round. Savannah's Playground is a favorite with my grandchildren. What's not to love?
We live in Socastee. We shop, walk around the lakes during the week and go to Grand 14. Love it there.

Our dog Lucy loves to shop there. Everyone is friendly and even the restaurants have dog friendly outdoor areas to eat in.
I love the Market Common area!!!...So much to do!! restaurants,shopping and services.Not too mention beautiful walking paths with beautiful ponds and scenery!!.my husband and I live here part-time..we are so happy we chose the Market Common area!!!!
