Visited here again in June 2025. There were actually some friendly staff working there this time. Wow. Every time I've visited it was grumpy central. I asked the deli clerk to slice some salami for me and she said she didn't know how which seemed hard to believe as she's often working behind the deli counter. Something is wrong with this place.
The penne pasta with marinara sauce from the hot food table was extremely disappointing. The noodles were severely overcooked, the dish was overly greasy, and it lacked any real flavor. Despite all the oil, there was no taste to speak of. I only tried it because the lasagna was excellent, but this pasta was so poorly prepared that it would discourage anyone from wanting to try their food again. It really should be reconsidered or removed from the menu.
