I can't speak highly enough of this office. From the receptionists, to the appointment clerk to the doctors; they all provide excellent service. The doctors genuinely care for their patients and do a fantastic job despite how busy they must be. I've never felt that I was rushed through an appointment or that my problems were not important. They truly go above and beyond to ensure their patients are cared for and most importantly, respected.
The front end staff have made us question if we should change doctors many times. Make sure to only book appointments on the portal, or they may not actually be scheduled on the agreed upon date, and expect to wait up to 65 mins to be brought into a scheduled 10 min appt. Often locum or student doctors are who you actually see. Other than that, my entire family agrees the quality of medical care is great from Dr. N. Moodley and okay from Dr. D. Ross.
Such a welcoming and professional office. I’m so glad my family and I found a doctor who truly cares! I’d rate this place 10 if I could- thanks to each and every one of you who make our experience a pleasant one!!!
Mark Medical is absolutely top-notch! Brandy at the front desk is friendly, efficient, and makes the check-in process seamless. Dr. G is phenomenal—knowledgeable, compassionate, and truly dedicated to patient care. I always feel heard and well taken care of here. Highly recommend!
