The front end staff have made us question if we should change doctors many times. Make sure to only book appointments on the portal, or they may not actually be scheduled on the agreed upon date, and expect to wait up to 65 mins to be brought into a scheduled 10 min appt. Often locum or student doctors are who you actually see. Other than that, my entire family agrees the quality of medical care is great from Dr. N. Moodley and okay from Dr. D. Ross.
Such a welcoming and professional office. I’m so glad my family and I found a doctor who truly cares! I’d rate this place 10 if I could- thanks to each and every one of you who make our experience a pleasant one!!!
Mark Medical is absolutely top-notch! Brandy at the front desk is friendly, efficient, and makes the check-in process seamless. Dr. G is phenomenal—knowledgeable, compassionate, and truly dedicated to patient care. I always feel heard and well taken care of here. Highly recommend!
I can’t say anything negative about this office. From the front staff, the girls in the back and the doctors I’ve never had a bad experience. I’ve never had to wait more than 5 minutes- usually I’m called in before my actual appointment time! Big thanks to every one of you!!
I am always impressed with customer service at this clinic . I feel like my doctor really hears me and the that work there are always so sweet but professional.
