Amazing. I left The Mark about 2 years ago now and I want to move back but not until management is cleared out. Ryan is simply carrying on the old nasty, bad management tricks along with FirstService Residential. Ryan still takes coaching and advice from the old manager Pam, who started the whole heist. FirstService will be liable in the end along with Pam, Ryan and certain board members who have taken advantage of residents. I stay in touch with residents at The Mark. Out of 3 elevators, 2 are out of service right now. The one that works barely works. If you push to request the elevator in parking no lights light up so you cannot tell if it is really coming or not. Then when it does come and you hit floor 4, the elevator starts up but if somebody else presses request in the parking structure, the elevator reverses and goes back down to parking.
