Lovely apartments in a brilliant location. Gym and steam room are fabulous, but best are the free group gym sessions run by trainer Dan. There's a real community vibe building at The Mark.
I’ve had a wonderful stay at the Mark apartments for the last 4yrs. Rented here between May 2020 to now lease ending May2024. The apartments are very well designed with beautiful kitchen and bathrooms, white goods furnished and large balconies. I love using the common facilities provided such as gym. Only had minor wear & tear issues over the years like any other place you rent and real estate agents from Biggin & Scott have been quick to attend to those. Couldn't ask for a better place to live. I have no idea what all these poor reviews are about. I see someone complaining about the noise from the trucks, surely they knew it was there before they moved in? I live in building C and can never hear the trucks anyhow. The facilities are great, from the gym, to the steam room and the business hub. People do not appreciate the little things. Not many apartments have these facilities... If you don't like apartment living, buy a house
Absolutely love living here! Feels like a holiday :) beautiful facilities including; function room, gym, steam room! Very happy 😊
