Recently purchased a new construction town home from the Marion group. Promised a luxury town home but definitely didn't deliver to the standard. From months of construction delay to dealing with multiple problems with the house, I would not recommend purchasing a place from this developer. Response to Marion Group: Please get your detail correct. The last maintenance was done in Oct 2019 which was to repair the same issue that has been ongoing for months.
