Our mother who is 93 just completed a less than a month respite care stay at Menorah Life while I was away. She was well taken care of, and the staff is attentive, kind and responsive to the patient's needs. Menorah Life is a really nice, clean and pleasant facility. I highly recommend and would definitely have them care for our mother in the future.
Would recommend them to any family member and friends for rehab. Friendly and caring staff. Clean facility. The food you buy in gift shop is excellent and homemade.
Gregory Jones in the business office was exceptionally helpful, kind and professional to me.
I was delivering food to a patient there and encountered a woman at the front desk named Meg. The customer was on the phone with me to try and help me find the room and she wouldn’t let me deliver it to the room. That is fine because it’s probably very secure, but she was extremely rude to me and to the patient while I was on the phone with him she expressed in a very nasty manner that they are there to take care of him and not deliver food and he did not order food again.
