We had such a blast with the residents at the Paint ‘N Sip event! The property is so nice and the clubhouse was perfect for our modern set up. We look forward to doing more resident events here!

After living here for over a year, I can confidently say that I absolutely adore this building. Its pet friendly community, as well as its close proximity to the park, makes it absolutely perfect for my two dogs. I love my apartment’s unique floor plan and the buildings community pool is absolutely lovely in these hot Memphis summers. I could not recommend the marine residence more!!!!
